Card on File & Customer Profile Requirement
To ensure smooth delivery, pickup, and billing, we require customers to create a customer profile at checkout and save a card on file. This authorization allows Big Dawg Junk Removal to securely:

Process the delivery and pickup

Charge for excess weight if applicable

Apply fees for extended rental days

Adjust for prohibited materials or other rental-related charges
Keeping the card on file helps us complete your service without delays or follow-up billing, and you can cancel the authorization once your rental is complete.
Note: Your payment information is stored securely and only used for charges you approve or agree to as needed.
Rental Duration & Limits
Rental Period:
Your dumpster rental includes up to 7 days on site. Additional days can be added (up to 14 days total).
Weight Allowance:
Every rental includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of disposal. Additional weight is billed per ton.
This makes our dumpster rentals a great choice for longer cleanups, remodeling debris, and multi-load projects.
