What size dumpster do you offer?

We currently offer 15-yard roll-off dumpsters, which are ideal for most residential and light commercial projects such as cleanouts, renovations, yard debris, and estate clearouts.

What’s included with my dumpster rental?

Your rental includes dumpster delivery, up to 7 days on site, pickup, and 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of disposal. Fuel and transportation are included, and we place and remove the dumpster for you.

What materials can go in the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

Acceptable items include household junk, furniture, yard waste, lumber, drywall, and general debris. If you’re unsure about something, just call ahead and we’ll help.

What materials are prohibited in the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited items include concrete, dirt, brick, rock, paint/chemicals, batteries, tires, and other hazardous materials. These items require special disposal and are not allowed in standard dumpsters.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily — just leave clear instructions about placement and access. If you need to be there, that’s fine too.

Do you require a card on file for dumpster rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we require a customer profile with a card on file to ensure smooth delivery and pickup. This authorization allows us to process applicable fees such as excess tonnage, extended days, prohibited materials, or other rental-related charges. Your card is stored securely, and you may cancel the authorization once the rental is complete.

When can you deliver and pick up the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

All dumpster deliveries and pickups are scheduled for Saturdays only. This allows us to focus on junk removal jobs throughout the week with our one-person crew. You’ll select your Saturday delivery date when booking, and we’ll plan pickup for the following Saturday unless you request a different return Saturday — just let us know when you book.

Why are deliveries and pickups only on Saturdays?

We operate with a small, dedicated team and focus on providing top-quality junk removal service Tuesday through Friday. Keeping dumpster logistics on Saturdays ensures we can manage deliveries, pickups, and schedule changes without interrupting service quality during the week.

Question 9

What if I need it sooner or longer than a week?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible rental durations — typically 7 days on site with Saturday delivery and the following Saturday pickup. If you need it longer (up to 14 days), we can schedule the appropriate return Saturday when booking.
